Course Description

This course will teach you systematically the steps to successfully perform the exercise of autogenic training. There are many relaxation techniques, but Autogenic Training, as the name indicates, is an active method performed fully independent without the use of audio or physical equipment. Autogenic training is a research-based relaxation technique promoting self-empowerment and peace of mind.

Stress is connected to many health problems. Either stress causes internal problems, or chronic medical issues can cause stress. Through this relaxation technique, you will be able to tap into the cycle of stress causing problems and problems causing more stress. Through decreasing your stress, you will be able to live a more balanced and, therefore, healthier life.

Upon completion of the course, you will understand how you can affect your nervous system through focus and concentration. This technique is not new. Autogenic Training was developed by Dr. J. Schultz, a German neuro-psychiatrist and first used in 1932.

You will find the formulas simple to follow, and the more you practice, the easier you will start experiencing the responses of your body.

Immediately after the completion of this course, you will feel comfortable sharing this technique with your patients.
