A male patient - mid 40's - presents with Left lower abdominal pain, aggrevated by trunk flexion and Left hip flexion. What would be an approach to assessment and treatment?

There is still quite a bit of info left out of this case. It seems like you are asking for an assessment/ eval and treatment plan. In the template, according to Paris/Patla, There are a whoping 18 steps in an evaluation. We need these steps to further isolate and come up with the treatment plan most appropriate for the diagnosis and dysfunction. For example just a few steps to include are: Structural inspection(posture),palpation for condition ( eg. inflamation),lumbopelvic PROM/AROM, MMT,MLT. There are more steps than listed, but I would further manually assess to determine an appropriate starting point.
