pt presents with weakness in left shoulder blade due to removal of scalene muscles from sugery to fix brachical artery impingement. How can said pt strengthen the left shoulder due to weakness and pain?

How do you relate the fact that the scaleni have been removed with shoulder weakness? Can you provide more info about this patient? How is the muscle strength and lenght relationship? Sensation normal? Do you see any scapular dyskinesia?
